The staff at Cutie.com.au are dedicated to reliability and professionalism. We never see your credit card details and never store them in unsecurely. We have a reliable and fair refund and exchange policy that protects both our business and you the customer. We offer a range of shipping options for extra safety and can track all parcels with Australia Post.

Q:How can I pay for my order? How safe is my credit card?
A:

We never even see your credit card details, our safe & secure credit card processors do the transaction for us. We do not store or record your credit card information. You will not need to signup to buy from us. Payment is via credit card (internet or telephone) including AMEX, bank transfer, BPay, money order, personal cheque or Paypal. Most payments are through trusted Australian Government endorsed company eWAY.

Q:Will you send advertisements to my email or mailing address after I purchase from Cutie.com.au?
A:

No.

Q:What is your phone number?
A:

We prefer to keep correspondence via email, as this allows us to keep record of your questions and our answers. We are not always able to answer the phone, but we can respond to email even when we are not in the office. However, we do understand that this isn't ideal for everyone, so we welcome your call on 02 4960 2623 (9am-8pm).

Q:How long have you been in business?
A:

We started Dreamy.com.au in June 2003, and Cutie.com.au in July 2005. These two sites cater to different markets, so if you don't like what you see here, how about checking out our range at Dreamy.com.au.

Q:I need to pay for my order, what are your details?
A:

Q:What currency will I be billed in?
A:

You are billed in Australian dollars. GST is included for Australian buyers.

Q:Do you accept international orders?
A:

We welcome orders from New Zealand and some other countries. Please select 'International Postage' in the shopping cart.

Q:How long will it take to receive my order?
A:

Many items are in stock and will be processed immediately. Other items take around 21 days, however a backordered item may take longer. We regularly split orders and post seperately to ensure you get your items as quick as possible.

We try to make it clear which items will ship quickly so you do not get any unexpected delays.

Q:How does your delivery time compare with your competition?
A:

We try and do the right thing by you the customer and warn that there will be a three week delay with some items. We use the same suppliers as our rivals, so the delivery time is much the same. This is because we're a small business and don't stock every item available in every colour available. But we do our best to maintain popular items at our business.

Although we might not be large enough to stock all items at once, we are small enough to pay specific attention to all our orders. We get to know our customers and their needs, and its our business to cater to that.

Q:How do I know what size to get?
A:

Refer to our size chart. Follow the link on the menu above. We ask for your bra and dress size during the order process. We use this information to confirm you have ordered the correct size. We will let you know if we think you've ordered the wrong size.

Q:But what if I get the wrong size?
A:

We will gladly exchange your item for the right size, so long as it has all tags attached, is smoke free and it is still in new condition.

Q:I am buying as a gift, what if she doesn't like it?
A:

We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery excluding the postage costs (we may extend this time period with good reason). Please email us first before sending it back. Exchanges/returns are not available for discontinued items.

Q:I am amazed by your prices! Why are they so low compared to other places?
A:

We're glad you're amazed by our low prices! We've created an automated system. We do most of the work with the business ourselves so we don't have the overheads of other businesses. That allows us to keep our prices low for you the customer while still providing the highest quality lingerie and the best service.

Q:Is the quality as good as other places?
A:

Cutie.com.au lingerie is fantastic quality. If you are tempted to buy from somewhere cheaper than us, be careful, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The lingerie we sell are the only brands good enough for us. Why should you have anything less?
